Phillip Steinmetz & His Sunny Tennesseans are dedicated to carrying on the tradition of old time mountain music.  The group entertain audiences with forgotten favorites from musical pioneers such as Grandpa Jones, The Carter Family, Uncle Dave Macon, Stringbean, The Coon Creek Girls, and Sam and Kirk McGee.  Phillip is a three time Old Time Banjo National Champion and is the great-nephew of Grandpa Jones.
